George Worthy is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and textiles artist. His work explores the interaction between weaving and music, improvisation as composition, stillness and deep listening. He specialises in bassoon and electronics whilst drawing on influences from Early music, North Indian raga and contemporary music practices.

He weaves graphic scores and wearable art influenced by materiality and landscape.

George holds a Bachlelor of Music (ANU) and Fine Art Honours (RMIT) and has worked with an array of artist throughout Australia and internationally.
